Diese L\u00e4den waren <strong>kleine Lebensmittelgesch\u00e4fte<\/strong>, die die wichtigsten Produkte f\u00fcr die heimischen Familien verkauften und von allem etwas hatten. <strong>Diese L\u00e4den waren damals besondere Treffpunkte des gesellschaftlichen Zusammenkommens<\/strong>.\nBianca war dies jedoch nicht genug. Sie begann, einfache, traditionelle Gerichte f\u00fcr Durchreisende und Arbeiter zuzubereiten und verwandelte ihren Laden in ein richtiges Gasthaus, in dem man gut essen und trinken konnte.\nL\u00e4den wie der von Bianca hielten sich jedoch nicht lange, da sie von gr\u00f6\u00dferen Gesch\u00e4ften mit mehr Auswahl verdr\u00e4ngt wurden, die nun mit dem Auto angefahren wurden, in einer Zeit, in der die Menschen auf Autos umstiegen. <strong>1963 wurde Biancas Laden daraufhin leider geschlossen<\/strong>.\nFast 60 Jahre sp\u00e4ter, w\u00e4hrend des Baus unseres neuen Restaurants, fanden wir beim Ausr\u00e4umen der gro\u00dfen R\u00e4ume des Bauernhofs, in denen so viele Jahre lang nur staubige Werkzeuge gestanden hatten, <strong>ein altes Buch mit vielen handgeschriebenen Rezepten<\/strong>. Beim Gespr\u00e4ch mit den Dorf\u00e4ltesten, die sich noch gut an Biancas Laden erinnern, stellte sich heraus, dass es ihr Rezeptbuch war.\n<strong>So beschlossen wir, unser Restaurant Nonna Bianca (Oma Bianca) zu nennen<\/strong>. Noch heute <strong>ist sie f\u00fcr uns eine besondere Quelle der Inspiration<\/strong>, wenn wir f\u00fcr unsere G\u00e4sten die leckeren Gerichte der <strong>traditionellen K\u00fcche der
