Dans les ann\u00e9es 1960, il y avait une petite boutique dans chaque village ou hameau. C'\u00e9taient des magasins d'alimentation o\u00f9 l'on vendait des produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les familles locales et o\u00f9 l'on trouvait un peu de tout. Ces points de vente \u00e9taient un <strong>point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et un point de rencontre pour les habitants de la ville<\/strong>. Mais Bianca a fait un peu plus. <strong>Elle se met aussi \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer des plats cuisin\u00e9s, des plats simples de la cuisine traditionnelle<\/strong>, pour les voyageurs et les ouvriers de passage, transformant sa boutique en un v\u00e9ritab<strong>le restaurant o\u00f9 l'on mange et on boit bien<\/strong>.\n\nCependant, les magasins comme celui de Bianca n'ont pas eu une longue vie, supplant\u00e9s par des magasins plus grands et mieux approvisionn\u00e9s, d\u00e9sormais accessibles en voiture, qui entre-temps avaient commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se r\u00e9pandre m\u00eame parmi les habitants de la campagne. <strong>Et le magasin de Bianca ferma malheureusement en 1963<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s presque 60 ans, lors de la construction de notre nouveau restaurant, en vidant les grands espaces du hangar agricole, occup\u00e9s pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es uniquement par des outils poussi\u00e9reux, nous retrouv\u00e2mes <strong>un vieux livre o\u00f9 de nombreuses recettes \u00e9taient \u00e9crites \u00e0 la main<\/strong>. En discutant avec les anciens du village, qui se souviennent bien de la boutique de Bianca, nous avons pu comprendre qu'il s'agissait de son livre de recettes.\n\nC'est pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9dier le nom de notre restaurant \u00e0 <strong>Nonna Bianca, une source d'inspiration pour nous qui avons choisi d'offrir \u00e0 nos h\u00f4tes les bons plats de la cuisine
